Don't confuse the large caperberry with the smaller caper. Although they both come from the same plant, Caper Berries are completely different. The actual fruit of the plant, Caperberries are milder and larger, similar to a grape in size. Preserved in vinegar, they are salty, tangy and juicy, perfect to add to a martini, a salad, paired with goat cheeses or added to sauces or pasta.
