The Cowboy Wok (otherwise known as a Discada) gets its name from the shallow, contoured disc-shaped pan that provides a large cooking surface, heats quickly, and holds its temperature. It was historically used for dishes such as paella, carne asada with fresh tortillas, and big mix-it-all-together breakfasts in cowboy country. The Barebones Cowboy Wok is crafted from durable low-carbon rolled steel with twisted, hand-forged steel handles. This 15" diameter is ideal for cooking for a small group while camping or on the go.
