They've provided you with an array of knives to match your culinary ambitions and to inspire you to reach for the stars! Each blade is forged in the Samurai tradition of San Mai. The artisans incorporated a strong VG10 core with a stainless, corrosion resistant steel on the upper blade, creating a lovely wave pattern-but the process isn't just about beauty. The knives are wonderfully sharp and easy to maneuver. The knife roll accommodates up to eight blades, is fully zippered, and includes a shoulder strap.
