Product Category Description: Wipers are a unique synthetic fabric that offers greater flexibility and greater pliancy of movement than cotton flannel or similar materials. A spunbound surface with a minimum of lint and interlock enhances the wiping performance and removes soils and dust more efficiently than a traditional cotton flannel or oleo-based product while providing superior strength and pliability. A significant advantage of this synthetic fabric is its excellent tensile strength which enables it to be regenerated more efficiently than traditional cotton. A special process maintains the integrity of the dyestuff which enhances wiping performance. The textured surface of these wipers which contain no latex allow the user to apply a consistent amount of force across the wiper surface without the fabric moving ensuring reliable release of the finished product. The basic material makeup provides excellent cleaning performance and superior wiping performance. The basic construction provides excellent strength and flexibility allowing the wiper to pick up lint and dust with greater ease and provide a higher degree of absorbency over traditional cotton-wadded wipers.
