Fast-acting caffeine for energy and Alpha GPC for focus, all for less than a cup of coffee. Use one strip 15-30min prior to your activity. Providing you with a high-strength 50mg dose of caffeine, you can incorporate more strips per hour if necessary but be mindful of how many strips are consumed per day*. * For healthy adults, the FDA has cited that 400mg of caffeine per day as an amount not generally associated with negative effects. However, there is wide variation in both how sensitive people are to the effects of caffeine and how fast they metabolize it (break it down).
