Had trouble setting up the biometric many times after resetting called company up and spoke to the gentleman who made the videos he walked me through the steps to set up the biometric after three or four attempts, he suggested I tried it with my middle finger instead of my index finger And sure enough there must’ve been a small cut in my index finger and everything went along smoothly. I also called back on a different day and spoke to Pedro about how to remove the plate in the headrest behind the driver seat and he guide me through the details to remove the plate." } ] }
