The Trigger Guard offers a drop in upgrade over the standard AR trigger guard. The enlarged profile allows for glove use in cold weather or tactical operations. The trigger guard also maintains the original swing down function for use with heavier gloves though not with the spring loaded plunger, you must remove or screw in the provided retaining screw.
