A pistol grip promotes greater ergonomics, and an included shim kit allows the user to adjust the fit of the gun for drop and cast. Like the other shotguns in the M3000 series, this model utilizes the inertia-driven action, allowing it to easily handle loads up to 3" without adjustment. The M3000 also is drilled and tapped to accommodate Weaver-style scope bases and a ventilated, stepped rib.
