With an 8oz canister, the Grill Burner has a burn time of ninety minutes, because you have a lot of time on your hands when you're camping, and you might as well use that time by cooking a steak worthy of being served at the finest restaurants. Snow Peak made the burner out of steel for long-lasting durability, and the griddle is cast iron with silicon paint for heat-resistance where you want it.
