Kleen-Bore Super Carbon Fiber Cleaning Rod Features The Kleen-Bore Super Carbon Fiber Cleaning Rod is constructed from carbon fiber a material chosen specifically for its combination of light weight durability and gentle non-marring contact with the bore. Unlike steel rods that can wear down rifling over repeated use this rod s carbon fiber build reduces the risk of scratching or damaging the bore s delicate surface during normal cleaning routines. At a 26 inch length it is sized to run the full length of rifle barrels chambered anywhere from .22 LR up to 6.5mm covering a wide range of common rimfire and centerfire rifles. This versatility means a single rod can service multiple rifles in a shooter s collection rather than needing a separate rod for each caliber. A full size handle is built into the rod for a comfortable ergonomic grip that allows for smooth controlled strokes through the bore without hand fatigue. Standard number 8-32 threads on the tip let the rod accept most common jags brushes and mops already found in a typical cleaning kit avoiding the need for proprietary attachments. Kleen-Bore designed this rod as a high quality option for shooters who want a durable lightweight alternative to traditional cleaning rod materials. For anyone maintaining rifles across the .22 to 6.5mm range this carbon fiber rod offers a dependable bore friendly cleaning tool.
