Chiappa Firearms Rhino L Frame 60DS Revolver Features The Chiappa Firearms Rhino L Frame 60DS fires from the bottom of its cylinder rather than the top a design that lowers the bore axis and helps tame muzzle rise when firing full power 44 Magnum loads. Its 6 barrel is built from steel matching the steel cylinder while the frame itself is a lighter 7075-T6 alloy that keeps the overall package manageable at 2.9 lbs. The double action/single action trigger system gives shooters the option of a smooth double action pull or a lighter single action break for more deliberate shots. A fiber optic front sight paired with a fully adjustable rear sight lets the shooter dial in windage and elevation and track the front sight quickly in varied light. The Nebula PVD finish is applied as a mixed color coating meaning no two Rhino 60DS revolvers finish exactly alike and the color can appear to shift as ambient light changes. Hogue rubber grips are fitted standard giving the shooter a secure cushioned hold that helps manage recoil from 44 Magnum pressures. Three moon clips ship with the revolver speeding up reloads by letting the shooter insert a full set of six rounds at once rather than loading the cylinder one round at a time. Cylinder block cylinder rotation and hammer block safeties work together to guard against accidental discharge and the revolver is made in Italy. For sale at GrabAGun the Rhino 60DS is built for revolver enthusiasts who want a genuinely different shooting experience in a 44 Magnum wheelgun.
