Apex Ammunition Waterfowl S3 Features The Apex Ammunition Waterfowl S3 shotshell is built around premium plated steel shot paired with an internal wad system adapted from the company s Tungsten Super Shot line. This one piece wad design controls the shot column through the barrel and out of the muzzle producing tighter patterns and more consistent pellet distribution than typical steel loads. The number 3 steel pellets retain energy well downrange giving hunters the knockdown power needed on tough waterfowl at extended ranges. A 1250 fps muzzle velocity keeps the load fast enough for ethical clean kills on passing birds. Loaded in 20 GA with a 3 chamber this shotshell is sized for lighter waterfowl guns without sacrificing payload delivering a full 1 oz of steel shot per shell. Each box holds 25 rounds giving hunters a practical supply for a day in the blind or a morning hunt over decoys. Apex builds every cartridge with careful craftsmanship applying the same pattern retention philosophy found across its entire shotshell lineup. The Apex Ammunition Waterfowl S3 is for sale at GrabAGun for waterfowl hunters seeking steel shot performance that closes the gap with premium tungsten loads.
