EGW Sight Mount Features The EGW Sight Mount installs directly into the Ruger PC Carbine s factory rear sight dovetail and its progressive taper design makes the mount slide into place smoothly without forcing or filing. Machined from 7075 aluminum and coated in a matte black hardcoat finish the mount stands up to repeated mounting and dismounting without wearing at the dovetail interface. Because it simply replaces the rear sight the factory sight can be reinstalled at any time if the shooter wants to return to iron sights. Included mounting hardware covers the two most common red dot footprints with button head screws for Vortex Viper and Venom sights and flat head screws for Burris FastFire and Docter units so the mount arrives ready to install without a trip to the hardware store. A 5/64 inch allen wrench handles all of the provided screws and blue Loctite applied during installation keeps the sight torqued to spec through recoil. The compact 1.811 inch by 0.99 inch footprint keeps the added red dot low and unobtrusive on the PC Carbine s receiver.
