EGW Sight Mount Features The EGW Sight Mount for the Walther PPQ M2 is machined from 7075 aluminum and finished in a matte black hardcoat that resists wear and matches the factory slide finish. It mounts in place of the factory rear sight using the same dovetail cut and includes two 6-32 button head screws two 6-32 flat head screws and a 6-32 set screw to cover multiple optic footprints. This lets the same base accept a Vortex Viper Venom Burris FastFire Crimson Trace CTS-1200 or CTS-1300 or a Docter sight depending on which hardware set is used. A drilled relief in the bottom of the dovetail accommodates the plunger found on certain PPQ models and that plunger can be removed from the slide if desired. Because the mount uses the factory dovetail interface the original rear sight can be reinstalled at any time without permanent changes to the slide. EGW notes that the mount fits the PPQ Classic PPQ M2 in all models PPQ 45 PPQ 45 SD PPQ Sub Compact P99 PPX Creed and PPS variants but does not fit the PPQ 22 Q4 Tac or Q5 Match.
