This puree incorporates earthy Porcini mushrooms, in peanut oil base, for creamy and spread-able texture. An utterly excellent ingredient; use it to create unique and opulent sauces, or just spread it on some toast for a luxurious snack. Store at room temperature and refrigerate after opening.
