When gear failure isn’t an option, you need a tool that works as hard as you do. Born from a shared commitment to uncompromising utility and technical precision, CANIS has partnered with Daniel Winkler—legendary blade maker for elite Special Operations teams, backcountry hunters and survivablists—to craft the ultimate fixed blade knives for the backcountry hunter. The Limited Edition CANIS + Winkler Belt Knife is engineered purely for hard use performance. Built from ultra-tough 80CrV2 carbon steel with a non-reflective black oxide finish, this blade delivers maximum edge retention and corrosion resistance in the harshest environments on earth. Custom laser-etched CANIS branding pairs with Winkler’s battle-proven ergonomics to give you complete control with every cut. You don't have any quit in you, and this knife doesn’t either.
