Product Description
Any one else miss Big Green? When the gates at were closed and locked forever at Remington in 2020, it was a tragic day in firearms history here in American. What a legacy, yes? The Remington model 1187 was fantastic semi-auto shotgun. This one...an 1187 PREMIER SKEET version of the popular Model 1187 is rare bird to find these days on the market. (Barrel code is "BK" - Produced in May 1990.) Speaking of "birds," the PREMIER SKEET model was designed to be that swift pointing unit for those speedy crossing shots. With a 26-inch 2-3/4" only "TARGET" barrel, these early target guns were built to withstand gobbs of rounds, and with the Remchoke system these remain wonderful guns for upland hunting as well. Gotta mention the wood on this 1187...such great character on both the stock and forend, and the satin finish is nothing but all class. Overall condition is very good. Appears to have been hunted with but shot very little. It is CLEAN inside and out. Some field use marks are present. *PLEASE EXAMINE ALL PHOTOS FOR YOUR REFRENCE! Don't pass on this one.
