evo.com | Burton Snowboards > Thirty-plus years of feedback, refinement, and riders putting it to the test, and the Burton Custom Snowboard still shows up like it has something to prove. Twin flex with camber keeps the ride balanced and snappy across any terrain, a Super Fly II 700G Dualzone EGD core with 45-degree Carbon Highlights loads up pop exactly when you want it, Frostbite Edges hold when the snow turns sketchy, and a Sintered WFO base keeps things moving fast from first run to last. Some boards chase the Custom, none quite catch it. Directional The classic snowboard shape, designed to be ridden with a slightly longer nose than tail to concentrate pop in the tail while still giving you plenty of float, flow, and control to rip any terrain or condition. Super Sap(R) Epoxy A resin formulated with bio-based materials that reduces the carbon footprint by 50% over conventional all-petroleum-based epoxies. Less oil consumption means even less of a carbon footprint per board. Super Fly II(TM) 700G Core Stronger and lighter woods target specific areas of the core to provide pop, strength, and reduced weight. Frostbite Edges Frostbite edges extend out slightly from the sidewall of the board for added bite when you need it and a smooth and buttery ride when you don't. Camber Tried and true, camber has been the dominant board bend in the snowboard industry for almost 40 years. Cambered snowboards deliver precise turning and edge control, with spring-loaded pop providing better jumping characteristics. The Burton Malavita Snowboard Bindings are built for riders who want one setup that can handle every kind of day. With a medium-stiff feel, they deliver the perfect mix of support, comfort, and freedom to charge lines, play around the park, or explore the whole mountain. ReFlex(TM) FullBED cushioning keeps the ride smooth and comfortable, while the adjustable hi-back and DialFLAD(TM) system let you fine-tune your feel. A true all-mountain favorite for riders who want reliable performance with whatever the mountain brings that day. Smooth Glide(TM) Buckles Lightweight aluminum and polycarbonate levers give you season after season of buttery smooth and reliable ratcheting power. Re-Ground Materials to Reduce Waste Supergrip Capstrap(TM) 2.0 Minimalist design merges two materials into one technologically advanced toe strap. A firmer material in the spine provides a supportive and lightweight skeleton, while a softer over-molded material improves boot wrap and comfort. Featuring Ultra-minimized and fully injected with an over-molded design. Made ultra-durable, glue-less, stitch-less and PU-free construction. 3D curved with a triple axis spine as well as a true wrap toe window. Single-Component, Bomb-Proof Polycarbonate Crafted with a single piece of high-density polycarbonate. Provides a forgiving, playful flex while being highly durable and resistant to impact and cold. DialFLAD(TM) The higher the Forward Lean angle on your hi-backs, the quicker your heel-edge turns.
