Kahr Arms P45 Features The Kahr Arms P45 is built on a lightweight polymer frame with molded steel inserts front and back for structural rigidity and recoil absorption chambered in .45 ACP for serious defensive stopping power in a compact package. The 3.54 inch barrel features polygonal rifling and the trigger-cocking DAO trigger offers a smooth consistent pull at roughly 5 to 6 lbs that helps a shooter manage the recoil of the .45 ACP cartridge shot after shot. A low bore axis and thin grip profile help mitigate muzzle flip for a .45 ACP pistol of this size and factory night sights give the shooter a usable aiming point in dim or dark conditions. For concealed carriers who need reliable low-light target acquisition on a powerful defensive caliber the night sights keep the sight picture usable after dark. At 6.3 to 6.4 inches overall and 4.8 inches in height the P45 carries forward Kahr's reputation for slim concealable carry pistols despite chambering one of the more powerful common defensive rounds. Weighing 18.5 oz unloaded the black polymer frame keeps the pistol lightweight for all-day carry and GrabAGun inspects used firearms before listing them for sale. The .45 ACP chambering has a long track record in self-defense circles for its stopping power and reliable terminal performance. For shooters who want a slim powerful carry pistol already equipped with night sights the P45 delivers that combination ready to ship from GrabAGun.
