WMD Guns Bolt Assembly Features The WMD Guns Bolt Assembly is machined from case hardened 9310 steel a material chosen for its strength and fatigue resistance under repeated cycling. Shot peening and magnetic particle inspection are applied during manufacturing to relieve stress and detect microscopic flaws before the bolt is finished. High performance extractor and ejector springs are built into the assembly to improve case extraction and ejection reliability. A special O-ring buffer further smooths the cycling process reducing wear on internal components over time. Finished with WMD s proprietary NiB-X nickel boron coating the bolt and extractor gain a slick low-friction surface that makes cleaning significantly easier than with standard phosphate finishes. This coating also improves the locking and unlocking action against barrel extensions contributing to smoother cycling and extended service life. Chambered for .450 Bushmaster this bolt assembly is engineered as a direct upgrade for shooters looking to improve reliability over factory components. Combining durable materials with a functional coating the WMD Guns Bolt Assembly is a dependable choice for AR-platform rifles for sale at GrabAGun.
