Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter Predator Features The Thompson Center Encore Pro Hunter Predator is built on the single shot break-open Encore action that lets the shooter interchange barrels across a wide variety of centerfire calibers and shotgun gauges as well as a dedicated muzzleloader barrel with Speed Breech XT. This 18 barrel is chambered in .25 Creedmoor and finished in Green Cerakote over a stainless steel frame giving the rifle lasting corrosion resistance alongside a finish that blends into natural cover. The barrel and receiver are drilled and tapped so a scope can be mounted quickly without any gunsmithing. An external hammer firing system with a hammer block safety gives the shooter deliberate manual control over when the rifle is ready to fire. The Kings Camo XK7 stock pattern extends the Predator s camouflage theme from barrel to buttstock helping hunters stay concealed while calling or stalking varmints and predators. A trigger that is adjustable for overtravel lets the shooter shorten the post-break movement for a crisper more consistent feel shot to shot. A black rubber recoil pad softens felt recoil making an extended day in a predator stand or blind more comfortable. Backed by Thompson Center s reputation for a true one gun gun collection platform the Encore Pro Hunter Predator in .25 Creedmoor is for sale at GrabAGun.
