Sig Sauer MCX SBR Features The Sig Sauer MCX SBR pairs a compact 6.75 barrel with a 1-in-5 twist rate giving it the stability needed to run both lighter supersonic and heavier subsonic .300 AAC Blackout ammunition effectively. At just 24.75 overall with the stock collapsed and 5.8 lbs unloaded this short barrel rifle is built for maneuverability in tight spaces. The collapsible folding stock further reduces the rifle s footprint for transport or storage making it a practical choice for a home defense or range platform that needs to stay compact. A 30-round magazine capacity gives shooters ample firepower between reloads. Built on Sig Sauer s proven MCX platform this SBR is finished in black and ships optics-ready with no iron sights installed letting shooters mount a red dot or magnified optic suited to their application. As an NFA short barrel rifle this MCX requires the appropriate tax stamp and transfer process before taking possession. The semi-automatic action cycles reliably across a range of .300 AAC Blackout loads giving shooters confidence whether running suppressed subsonic ammunition or standard supersonic rounds.
