Noveske N4 Shorty Complete Upper Features The Noveske N4 Shorty upper is chambered in 5.56 NATO and built around a 10.5 416R stainless steel barrel with a 1:7 twist rate giving it the stability to stabilize heavier match bullets as well as standard ball ammunition. The hand-polished Noveske Match Chamber and extended hand-polished feed ramps are machined to improve feeding reliability and accuracy which matters most when the rifle is run hard over a long course of fire. A pinned low-profile gas block paired with a carbine-length gas system keeps the operating system properly timed for a barrel this short reducing the chance of short-stroking or excess bolt velocity. The 1/2x28 threaded muzzle comes fitted with the Pig Pen flash hider giving ideal spacing for mounting a suppressor without sacrificing flash signature control. The Noveske 4th-generation billet 7075-T6 aluminum receiver is finished in black Cerakote and fitted with a 9.75 NSR free-floating M-LOK handguard that carries a continuous Picatinny top rail for a flat-top optics mounting plane. An ambidextrous Black Love Handle charging handle lets the shooter run the rifle from either side a real advantage when working around obstacles or operating one-handed. The upper ships as a full-auto rated bolt carrier group assembly so reliability is built in rather than added on. Ready to drop onto any compatible AR-15 lower the Noveske N4 Shorty gives builders a proven duty-grade upper for a compact suppressor-ready carbine.
