Lee Precision Micrometer Bullet Seater Features The Lee Precision Micrometer Bullet Seater uses a precision threaded seating stem that allows accurate mark free seating on nearly any bullet nose configuration from round nose hunting bullets to sharp tipped match projectiles. The floating bullet guide keeps the case mouth and bullet aligned through the entire seating stroke ensuring flawless alignment between the case the guide and the seater screw itself. Because the die body contacts the shell holder rather than floating on the case shoulder seating depth stays uniform shot after shot which is critical for consistent ignition and pressure in .260 Remington loads. No clicks and no detents mean adjustment is smooth and infinitely variable down to the thousandth of an inch. Formerly sold under part number 91407 this updated die adds a convertible bullet guide that can seat and crimp in a single operation saving a step on the loading bench. The machined and burnished body is easy to read and easy to set so handloaders can return to a known setting quickly after swapping dies between calibers. This .260 Rem seating die is built to fit standard reloading presses and pairs naturally with a full length sizing die for a complete precision loading setup. Reloaders chasing smaller groups and lower runout at the range will find this seater a worthwhile upgrade over a standard seating die.
