LaserMax LM-CRDS Features The Lasermax LM-CRDS is built around an aircraft grade 7071 aluminum housing that is both anodized and finished to resist the shock recoil and fogging that duty and carry pistols see over time. Its RMR mounting footprint lets it drop directly onto optics ready slides without an adapter plate simplifying installation for shooters upgrading an existing optics cut handgun. The sight projects a 3 MOA red dot reticle through fully multi coated lenses giving a clear fast acquiring aiming point whether shooting at close range or out to extended pistol distances. Windage and elevation adjustments move in precise 1 MOA increments per click allowing fine tuned zeroing without overcorrecting. An external forward facing light sensor is the standout feature of this sight automatically reading ambient light conditions and adjusting dot brightness without any input from the shooter. This automatic brightness management works alongside a manual override giving the shooter full control when lighting conditions change rapidly such as moving from bright sunlight into shadow. The sight also includes a shake to awake function which powers the unit down after inactivity and instantly reactivates it at the slightest movement preserving the rated 10 000 hour battery runtime. Fogproof and shockproof construction combined with a CR1632 battery and included Picatinny mount and hardware make this sight a complete field ready package for any pistol with an RMR cut.
