Black Rain Ordnance Carnivore Complete Upper Features The Black Rain Ordnance Carnivore upper is chambered in the hard hitting .450 Bushmaster cartridge a round developed to deliver straight wall cartridge energy in a semi automatic AR-15 platform. Its 16 inch barrel strikes a practical balance between maneuverability and the barrel length needed to extract reliable velocity from the big bore round. Because it ships as a complete upper it mates directly to any mil spec AR-15 lower receiver without requiring a gunsmith or special fitting. This makes it an efficient way to add a dedicated hunting caliber to a rifle collection without purchasing an entirely new firearm. The black finish on the upper assembly resists wear and corrosion through repeated hunting trips and range sessions alike. A flat top receiver design with Picatinny rail compatibility allows shooters to mount whatever optic suits their hunting style from a low power scope for close cover to a magnified optic for longer shots across open fields. Built around the proven AR-15 architecture the Carnivore upper keeps the manual of arms familiar for anyone already comfortable with the platform. The Black Rain Ordnance Carnivore upper is for sale at GrabAGun for hunters and AR-15 owners who want straight wall cartridge performance with the convenience of their existing lower receiver.
