APF Prismatic Dueller Features The APF Prismatic Dueller takes its design from the Arsenal Firearms original joining two complete Colt M1911 pattern actions side by side into one steel-framed pistol chambered in .45 ACP. Each 5 barrel is dual ported a feature intended to help manage muzzle rise generated by firing two .45 ACP barrels simultaneously or independently. Dual triggers allow the shooter to fire either barrel on its own or both together giving this pistol a level of control not found on a conventional single-barrel 1911. Adjustable sights let the shooter fine-tune point of impact across both barrels for consistent accuracy which is critical on a platform where two separate bores must be regulated to the same target. Wood grips provide a classic traditional look that contrasts with the pistol s unconventional double-barrel layout while a thumb safety offers familiar 1911-style manual control carried over from the single-action design each half is built on. The brushed stainless steel finish covers both the frame and slide giving the Dueller a bright durable exterior that resists corrosion with regular use and handling. Two magazines are included supporting the pistol s combined 14-round capacity across both barrels with each magazine feeding its own independent action. Because the Dueller is essentially two 1911 pistols fused into a single grip frame it keeps the familiar single action trigger feel and manual safety operation that 1911 shooters already know on each side. This pistol is built for collectors competitive novelty shooters and 1911 enthusiasts looking for a genuinely unique addition to their collection.
