American Buffalo and Cattlemans Scythe Features The American Buffalo Knife and Tool Cattlemans Scythe opens with a spring assisted mechanism that snaps the 2.75 stainless steel blade into place with a flick of the thumb giving users a faster deployment than a traditional manual folder. The blade carries a satin finish that resists glare and wipes clean easily after field use. A barricade safety lock secures the blade once it is open preventing accidental closure during cutting tasks and adding a layer of confidence for hard use. At a closed length of 3.5 and an open length of 6.25 the knife is compact enough for a pocket yet long enough to handle everyday cutting chores. The bead blasted stainless steel handle is finished in a matte stainless tone with black accents giving the knife a rugged no-slip surface that stands up to outdoor use. A stamped brass Cattleman logo set into the handle marks the knife as part of the Cattlemans line and adds a touch of western styling to the design. A stainless steel pocket clip rides along the handle for secure carry in a pocket or along a waistband keeping the knife accessible and ready at a moment s notice. With its single stainless steel blade and durable handle construction the American Buffalo Knife and Tool Cattlemans Scythe is built as a dependable daily carry companion for ranch work hunting camp chores and everyday utility tasks.
