Chambered in 9mm Luger, also designated 9x19mm, it sits within a pistol measuring 7.88 inches overall. That full-size format suits recreational target shooting and deliberate practice with iron sights, while the 15-round magazines provide a practical capacity for a range session. This format favors buyers who want a full-size metal-frame pistol for the range. The sporting sight arrangement and textured grips complement the barrel without making an electronic optic part of the basic configuration. Steel Frame with Black QPQ Finish A steel frame gives the Regent BR9 Sport its substantial metal-frame character. The pistol weighs 2.08 pounds and measures 5 inches high, with a 1.2-inch width. Those dimensions help shoppers evaluate the handgun's size before choosing a case or model-specific holster. The black QPQ finish creates a uniform, understated appearance. It is paired with G10 grips rather than wood, reinforcing this configuration's sporting character without changing the classic outline that draws buyers to the Regent design. G10 Grips and Ambidextrous Thumb Safety Textured G10 grip panels provide a defined contact surface for the hands. For a buyer comparing grip materials, the practical distinction is the Sport's pronounced texture and purposeful feel. Grip comfort remains individual, but the G10 panels make texture a central part of this pistol's configuration. The single-action operating system uses an external hammer. An ambidextrous thumb safety provides a manual control on both sides of the pistol, a useful consideration for left-handed buyers. The safety configuration and trigger system should be understood before handling the firearm. Fiber-Optic Front and Adjustable Rear Sights The Sport includes a fiber-optic front sight and an adjustable fiber-optic rear sight. These provide visible aiming references, with rear-sight adjustment available to accommodate the shooter's preferred point of impact. The arrangement is particularly relevant to buyers who enjoy target shooting with iron sights rather than relying on an electronic optic. Included Magazines and Accessory Fit The package includes the Regent BR9 Sport pistol and two 15-round magazines. Both magazines have the same capacity, providing a matching pair for range use. Choose holsters and replacement accessories specifically confirmed for the Regent BR9 Sport, including clearance for its adjustable rear sight and ambidextrous safety. Hi-Power-inspired styling is not a guarantee that every accessory made for another pistol will fit.
