The Beretta 1301 Comp Pro is a competition-focused 12 gauge semi-automatic shotgun developed around the demands of dynamic shooting. Its 21-inch Steelium barrel, fast B-Link gas-operated system, and competition-oriented loading controls create a platform designed for rapid cycling and efficient manipulation. The 1301 Comp Pro features Beretta's Kick-Off Plus recoil reduction system, combining elastomer dampeners and return springs to address both the initial recoil impulse and the movement of the slide against the stock. The B-Steady stock system separates the butt and forearm sections, allowing the forearm to move during recoil while keeping the butt stable. A Soft Comb, Comfort Grip, and MicroCore recoil plate further refine the stock configuration. The blue anodized Ergal receiver houses an enlarged loading gate, 3.5-inch Pro Lifter, oversized cocking handle, and oversized bolt release lever. The 3-inch chamber is paired with three interchangeable OptimaChoke HP Black Edition choke tubes, while the 10x8 stepped rib uses a fiber-optic sight and mid-bead sight for target acquisition.
