"What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:""I picked these up for a young adventurer in my family who’s always running, climbing, and collecting things along the trail. The fabric is tough but light, the pockets are practical, and the adjustable waist helps keep the fit steady. They’ve held up incredibly well through all kinds of play.""We love gearing up for warm afternoons outside, and the Matkassa Shorts from Reima keep little explorers moving comfortably through every plan the day presents. Made with lightweight, bluesign-approved fabric, these shorts balance durability with the soft flexibility kids need for climbing, sprinting, and spontaneous detours toward anything interesting. UPF 50+ protection is built into the fibers, giving us peace of mind when outdoor play keeps everyone in the sun longer than expected. Side pockets offer room for treasures or essentials, while the hook-and-loop closure and adjustable waist make it easy to secure the fit before heading out. Whether exploring the yard, visiting a lake, or navigating campsite paths, the Matkassa Shorts are built to match the pace of curious, energetic adventurers."
