What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying: “The Áspero-5 Di2 pairs snappy electronic Shimano GRX RX825 shifting with a Wolf Tooth 48T chainring and 10-51T cassette for wide-ranging gravel performance. Clean lines, aero carbon fiber, and CL-800 rotors deliver precision without compromise.”We’re drawn to the Cervélo Áspero-5 Di2 for its blend of aerodynamic refinement and gravel racing speed. At the heart of its drivetrain, Shimano’s GRX RX825 Di2 delivers consistent, electronic precision in every shift. Matched with a Wolf Tooth 48T chainring and a commanding Shimano XTR M9200 10-51T cassette, the gearing is both high-speed capable and ready for steep gravel climbs. Hydraulic stopping power comes via Shimano GRX RX825 brakes and center-lock CL-800 rotors—modular and dependable when the road deteriorates. Rolling on Reserve 40TA/44TA GR carbon wheels and Vittoria Corsa Pro Control 700×42c tires, the bike rides fast and stays planted. The Áspero-5's carbon frame integrates downtube storage, supports up to 45?mm tires, and features a T47 BBright bottom bracket—every detail is purposeful. Heads up - We do our best to keep bike specs and images current, but occasional component changes can happen without warning—and sometimes the photos might not show the exact build you'll receive.
