What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying"The ARV 84 Kid is a legit park ski for younger riders, but it doesn't box them in. The freestyle rocker setup is forgiving enough for kids still dialing in their jump and rail game, and the hybrid core keeps it light so they're not muscling the ski around. The C5 GW binding covers the DIN range you need for smaller kids, and the Impact Edge holds up better than standard edges when they're bashing around in the park. A solid setup for kids who are progressing fast."Who It's ForIntermediate to Advanced Young Park and All-Mountain SkiersDesigned for kids who are most at home in the park but roam the full mountain between laps. The ARV 84 Kid suits young intermediate to advanced riders developing their freestyle skills on rails and jumps while still wanting a ski that can handle groomed runs and everyday all-mountain terrain. What It's ForPark, Pipe, and All-Mountain TerrainThe ARV 84 Kid is built first for the park and pipe, with a freestyle rocker featuring long early-rise tip rocker and shorter tail rocker for forgiving takeoffs and landings. The partial twin tip tail and rocker/camber/rocker profile also handle all-mountain laps when kids venture off the park laps. Why We Like ItFreestyle-Focused Build with Full-Mountain RangeThe Hybrid Poplar and Composite Core keeps weight appropriate for smaller riders while delivering enough response for park progression. The AR50 sidewall — full underfoot, capped at the tips and tails — balances edge power where it counts with a lighter construction at the ends. Heavy-duty Impact Edges add durability for the repeated abuse of park skiing. The included C5 GW Binding covers a DIN range of . 75–4. 5, making it a well-matched package for the weight range this ski is built for. Note: bindings do not come pre-mounted and must be installed by a certified technician.
