What Our Gearhead® Experts Are Saying:"I rode this through a park lap that turned into hitting every side hit and roller on the way down, and the Bamboosters gave it way more pop than I expected off small features. The Titanal plates kept things locked in once I picked up speed on the runout, so nothing ever felt chattery."The Beatnik Snowboard from Armada thrives on the days when the mountain turns into one long feature line, side hits blending into berms blending into whatever catches your eye next. Its directional twin shape rides switch just as easily as forward, so committing to a line never means committing to a direction, and the early rise nose and tail keep things playful without giving up edge hold when the terrain gets serious. Underfoot, the Pop-Lownia Core and Bamboosters turn ordinary bumps into pop, giving every ollie and ramp a little extra snap that rewards riders willing to send it. Biax Glass laminate keeps the flex soft enough to stay fun rather than fighting back, while Titanal Impact Plates sit right under the bindings to absorb chatter and impact when speed picks up and things get loud. A sintered base holds wax well and keeps glide fast from the first chair to the last lap, rounding out a board built to turn instinct into movement.
