The Springfield Armory 1911 DS Prodigy Comp AOS Semi-Auto Pistol with Gear Pac combines the proven characteristics of the 1911 with updated, full-featured performance. Depending on the flush-fitting magazine you choose to employ, its double-stack design delivers impressive capacity. A discrete and integral single-port compensator at the top of the match-grade barrel reduces muzzle rise and enhances shooting control. The barrel is made of forged steel, and the slide and frame are forged carbon steel. This model also features the Agency Optics System (AOS) milled slide for aftermarket red dots.
