(SKU: 5541301) This High Standard 12 gauge shotgun is a solid vintage sporting firearm featuring a blued finish and attractive checkered walnut stock and forend. It appears to be in very good overall condition for its age, showing light handling wear with strong finish retention and clean wood furniture. Chambered for 2¾-inch shells with a modified choke, this shotgun would make an excellent choice for upland hunting, recreational shooting, or adding a classic American shotgun to a collection. High Standard produced a variety of shotguns throughout the mid-20th century, including pump-action models that earned a reputation for reliability and value. While the exact model is unknown, the styling and configuration suggest production during the post-war era when High Standard was manufacturing firearms for both its own brand and other well-known American companies.
