Tapco Tactical Henry Handguard Features The Tapco Tactical Henry Handguard replaces the factory wood forend on a Henry rifle chambered in .44 Magnum with a more modern tactical profile. This handguard gives shooters a different gripping surface and aesthetic compared to the traditional wood stock typically found on lever action rifles. Swapping to this handguard is a straightforward way to personalize a Henry rifle without altering its mechanical function. The handguard is purpose built to fit the Henry platform so owners can expect a correct direct fit upgrade. Tapco has built a reputation for offering affordable upgrades that modernize classic rifle designs and this handguard fits that same philosophy for lever gun owners. A tactical handguard like this can also make the rifle easier to handle for shooters more accustomed to modern sporting rifle ergonomics. Because it is designed specifically for the Henry .44 Magnum platform fitment issues are minimized compared to a universal aftermarket part.
