Radical Firearms SHR Features The Radical Firearms SHR is built around mil-spec upper and lower receivers chambered in 5.56 NATO and configured for right-handed shooters with a standard selector switch safety. The 16 inch barrel is machined from chrome moly vanadium steel and finished in black melonite a coating chosen for its corrosion resistance and durability under sustained use. A 1:7 twist rate stabilizes the full range of common 5.56 bullet weights and the barrel is threaded 1/2x28 and fitted with an A2 flash hider for muzzle control. A direct impingement gas system keeps the rifle running reliably with standard AR-15 maintenance and ammunition. Radical s 15 inch M-LOK free float handguard increases accuracy by keeping the barrel unobstructed by contact points and it keeps the shooter s support hand cool during rapid strings of fire while providing room for lights optics and foregrips. A full length Picatinny rail runs the top of the upper receiver for mounting a red dot or magnified optic. The B5 Systems Bravo stock adjusts across 6 positions to fit shooters of different statures and body armor setups while the B5 Type 23 grip provides a comfortable textured hold. Feeding from a 30 round AR-15 magazine for a 30 plus 1 capacity and finished in flat dark earth over a black stock and handguard the Radical Firearms SHR is available for sale at GrabAGun for shooters who want a dependable accessory-ready 5.56 rifle.
