Legend Outdoor Gear Aftershock Cotton Patches Features The Legend Outdoor Gear Aftershock Cotton Patches are cut from 100% cotton flannel a soft yet absorbent material that lifts fouling copper and lead residue from a bore without scratching the rifling. Sized at 1-1/8 inches square these patches are matched to popular calibers such as .22 Cal 5.56mm .270 Cal and 7mm making them a versatile choice for shooters who own multiple firearms. The flannel weave holds solvent well allowing each patch to carry enough cleaner through the bore to break down stubborn carbon and copper fouling. This consistent sizing also helps patches pass smoothly through a cleaning rod and jag without binding. Each pack includes 500 individual patches a quantity built for shooters who clean regularly and want to avoid running out mid-session or between range trips. For best results Legend recommends pairing these patches with Legend Aftershock CLP allowing the solvent and patch material to work together to lift contaminants from the bore and action. This combination keeps a firearm s internals functioning smoothly and helps preserve accuracy over the long term. For anyone maintaining a cleaning kit a bulk supply of properly sized cotton patches is a staple worth keeping on hand.
