Cadex Defence CDX-MC Kraken Features The Cadex Defence CDX-MC Kraken is built around an innovative patented barrel change system that allows the shooter to swap barrels and calibers while maintaining the lowest shift of point of impact available in a multi caliber rifle on the market. Cadex uses a traditional barrel to action threading system paired with a special tool designed to unscrew and torque the barrel from the breech side ensuring consistent repeatable results. A single screw secures the chassis detachable base allowing fast conversion between short and long action calibers without extensive gunsmithing. Maintaining the same point of impact is critical at extreme ranges and the Kraken is engineered to surpass other multi caliber systems in this regard. The 24 inch match grade barrel is finished in Black DLC and threaded 5/8x24 fitted with an MX1 muzzle brake to tame recoil during precision shot strings. An adjustable two stage trigger provides a crisp consistent break while the adjustable folding buttstock allows the shooter to dial in length of pull and comb height for a customized fit. The aluminum receiver also finished in Black DLC carries a full length Picatinny rail for optics mounting and an M-LOK handguard for accessories. The Cadex Defence CDX-MC Kraken is for sale at GrabAGun for precision rifle shooters who want a true multi caliber platform built for extreme long range work.
