Bergara Rifles Premier Canyon Barreled Action Features The Bergara Premier Canyon barreled action combines a stainless steel bolt action with a fluted number 4 contour barrel that balances weight savings against the stiffness needed for consistent long range accuracy. Its 20 inch barrel is threaded 5/8x24 and ships with a thread protector giving builders the option to run a muzzle brake or suppressor as their project demands. A 1 in 8 twist rate stabilizes the heavier for caliber bullets that 22 Creedmoor shooters typically load supporting flatter trajectories at extended distances. Finished in raw stainless steel the action is left ready for a builder s choice of coating or Cerakote finish to match their overall rifle build. At just 4 pounds and 28 inches overall the Premier Canyon barreled action is compact enough to fit a wide range of chassis and stock systems without excessive added weight. Bergara s reputation for accuracy carries directly into this barreled action giving custom rifle builders a dependable out of the box precision foundation rather than starting from a bare receiver. The fluted barrel profile is suited to rugged field use as well as bench and prone precision shooting. This Bergara Premier Canyon barreled action in 22 Creedmoor is available for sale at GrabAGun for builders assembling a precision rifle around a proven action.
