Area 419 Stargazer Sling Stud Adapter Features The Area 419 Stargazer Sling Stud Adapter is designed exclusively for rifles equipped with a Universal ARCALOCK Rail giving owners a dedicated way to add a sling mounting point without modifying their forend. The adapter slips directly into the slots along the bottom of the rail and self locks into the correct orientation removing any chance of installing it crooked or loose. This is a notable difference from MLOK rail systems since the Stargazer adapter has no provision to work with MLOK and is purpose built for the ARCALOCK platform only. Finished in black it blends cleanly with most chassis and stock builds that already use the ARCALOCK rail system. Sold as a set of 3 pieces the adapter gives shooters enough units to outfit a rifle with sling mounting points in multiple positions along the rail. At only 0.1 pounds the adapters add virtually no weight to a precision rifle build keeping the overall balance unaffected. Area 419 designed this accessory with the same attention to fit and function found across their line of chassis and rail accessories. For anyone running an ARCALOCK equipped rifle who needs a dependable sling attachment point this adapter is a straightforward and well engineered solution.
