The Oboz Katabatic LT GTX Mid Wide Hiking Boot takes Oboz's popular Katabatic platform and rebuilds the upper in 100% recycled polyester mesh, cutting real weight without giving up support. A GORE-TEX Invisible Fit membrane keeps water out through creek crossings and wet trailheads, while a Rock Plate and KINERTIA Energy midsole hold up underfoot on longer days. Built for fast packing and day hikes alike, this mid-height hiking boot moves lighter than its sibling from the first mile. What Our Gearhead(R) Experts Are Saying:"I've put back-to-back fast-pack days on the standard Katabatic before, and this LT version feels noticeably lighter by the last few miles without my feet feeling less supported underfoot. The Rock Plate still stops sharp trail rock from poking through even in the lighter build."
