WoodHaven Custom Calls Mini Red Scorpion Features The Woodhaven Mini Red Scorpion uses a triple latex reed setup to generate a range of turkey sounds from soft purrs and clucks to louder yelps giving hunters the flexibility to match their calling to how a bird is responding. Latex reeds are valued for their realistic tone and reliable response across different humidity and temperature conditions encountered throughout a turkey season. Because the call is diaphragm-style and worn in the mouth it is entirely hands-free letting a hunter keep a firearm shouldered or a bow at full draw while still calling a bird the final few yards. This is especially valuable in tight blind setups or run-and-gun turkey hunting where movement must be kept to a minimum. Finished in White the Mini Red Scorpion is sized to fit comfortably for extended wear during a long morning sit without causing discomfort. Its compact profile makes it easy to store multiple calls in a vest pocket alongside box or pot calls for a varied calling setup. Woodhaven designs its diaphragm calls for turkey hunters who want consistent realistic reproduction of hen vocalizations to close the distance on wary toms. For hunters looking to add a dependable hands-free triple reed call to their turkey hunting arsenal the Woodhaven Mini Red Scorpion is a solid field-ready choice.
