Winchester Power-Point Features The Winchester Power-Point bullet is a proven controlled-expansion projectile built for the 6.5 Creedmoor cartridge at a 129 grain weight matching a popular mid-weight bullet class for this caliber. Handloaders selecting this bullet get a soft point design engineered to expand reliably on game while maintaining structural integrity for adequate penetration. Winchester s Power-Point line has a long history in factory ammunition so reloaders benefit from decades of proven terminal performance in a component form. Each bullet is manufactured to consistent weight and dimensional tolerances helping handloaders achieve repeatable accuracy from load to load. Because this is a reloading component it ships without brass cases primers or propellant requiring the reloader to supply those components and assemble the finished cartridge themselves. Handloaders can tailor seating depth powder charge and overall cartridge length around this bullet to optimize performance in their specific 6.5 Creedmoor rifle. The 129 grain weight strikes a practical balance between flat trajectory and downrange energy retention for medium game hunting.
