Wilson Combat Match Features The Wilson Combat Tipped Extreme Chaos bullet is a 115 grain .308 inch diameter projectile purpose built for the .300 HAM R cartridge a round designed to maximize the performance of the AR platform. Its unique construction sheds the front portion of the bullet into radiating petals on impact creating a dramatic initial energy transfer before the solid base continues to penetrate deeply. This two stage terminal effect produces both a wide temporary wound cavity and reliable deep penetration a combination handloaders value for ethical fast acting hunting performance. The tipped design also boosts the bullet s ballistic coefficient compared to a traditional flat base hollow point helping it retain velocity and energy further downrange. As a reloading component this bullet must be seated into prepared brass and paired with a suitable powder charge and primer to become a complete cartridge and it is not sold as loaded ammunition. The 50 count box size gives handloaders enough bullets to work up a load and confirm accuracy before committing to a larger production run. Lehigh Defense engineering behind the Tipped Extreme Chaos line has built a reputation among AR platform hunters for bullets that expand aggressively while still punching through tough game. For .300 HAM R shooters looking to maximize their rifle s hunting performance this bullet is a proven choice.
