Tapco Rifle Brush Features The Tapco Rifle Brush is built around a tightly wound brass core wrapped in oversized extra thick red nylon bristles sized specifically for .22 caliber bores. The thicker bristle fill is stiffer than standard cleaning brushes which lets it push through carbon and copper fouling more aggressively during back and forth strokes. Because the core is brass rather than steel the brush will not scratch or damage rifling as it works through the bore. This heavy duty construction is built to speed up the cleaning process on rifles that see frequent use at the range. Shooters receive two brushes in each pack giving them a spare for continued use once the first brush wears down from repeated cleanings. Having a second brush on hand also means less downtime during a cleaning session since fouled bristles can be swapped out immediately rather than scrubbed clean mid session. The nylon material holds up well to repeated use with standard bore solvents without breaking down prematurely. For a straightforward reliable brush that keeps a .22 caliber bore clean and accurate the Tapco two pack is a practical choice for sale at GrabAGun.
