Streamlight Stinger 2020 Features The Streamlight Stinger 2020 produces up to 2 000 lumens on its high setting with a beam distance of 315 meters and a max candela rating of 25 000 giving users serious reach and brightness for searching or illuminating large areas. Its medium setting steps down to 850 lumens with a 200 meter beam for roughly 4 hours of runtime while the low setting drops to 100 lumens and a 70 meter beam but extends runtime to a full 24 hours for extended use. A dedicated strobe mode runs for about 3.25 hours and is useful for disorienting a threat or signaling for help in an emergency. This range of output levels lets the Stinger 2020 adapt from a quick burst of maximum light to an all-night low-output session on a single charge. Built from aluminum alloy the Stinger 2020 is constructed to handle the bumps and drops that come with duty and field use while keeping its 7.69 inch body manageable in hand. Its lithium-ion battery pack supports PiggyBack charging letting users keep a second battery topped off and ready to swap in in order to double effective runtime and cut down on time the light spends off duty. The single head switch simplifies mode selection compared to multi-button designs letting users cycle through high medium low and strobe quickly even under stress. Weighing 12.20 ounces and finished in Black the Stinger 2020 ships complete with one holder and charger giving law enforcement security and everyday users a dependable rechargeable light ready to go to work.
