Ravin Crossbows R500/50X Series Arrows Features The Ravin R500/50X Series Arrows are constructed from 100 percent pure carbon and held to a demanding .003 inch straightness tolerance ensuring each arrow flies true and consistent shot after shot. This level of precision matters most with R500 series crossbows which generate enormous kinetic energy that lesser arrows simply are not built to withstand repeatedly. High impact brass threaded inserts anchor the field tip or broadhead securely standing up to the stress of high speed impacts without stripping or loosening over time. The 2 inch high profile offset vanes stabilize the arrow in flight correcting for minor imperfections and keeping groups tight at extended hunting distances. High impact aluminum nock bushings protect the rear of the arrow from the repeated stress of the crossbow s power stroke extending the usable life of each arrow across many shots. Ravin engineered polymer nocks are designed to work specifically with Ravin s clip-on nock system and the manufacturer advises using only Ravin branded arrows with these nocks for proper function and safety. Each arrow weighs 400 grains without the included field tip which is sold separately and typically added at 100 grains for a complete hunting setup. Sold in a 6-pack these arrows are purpose built exclusively for Ravin R500 series crossbows and deliver the durability and accuracy serious crossbow hunters depend on.
