Luth-ar A1 Ejection Port Cover Assembly Features The Luth-ar A1 Ejection Port Cover Assembly is machined from steel giving it more durability than many factory stamped covers that can bend or wear out over time. Designed specifically for the AR-15 platform in .223 Rem and 5.56mm the assembly keeps the ejection port shielded from dirt moisture and debris when the rifle is not firing. Its 3-piece design includes everything needed to complete the install without hunting down individual components separately. This makes it a convenient option for builders assembling a rifle from parts or owners replacing a damaged cover. Because the cover is built to the A1 pattern it maintains the classic profile many AR-15 owners expect on a traditional build. Keeping the action protected from the elements helps reduce wear on internal components and contributes to more reliable cycling over time. At 7 oz the assembly adds negligible weight to the rifle while still providing real functional protection. For AR-15 owners and builders needing a durable steel ejection port cover the Luth-ar A1 Ejection Port Cover Assembly is available for sale at GrabAGun.
